This simple, 30 sqm, studio on the 5th floor is located in the heart of Patong Beach, a few steps away from the beach and the entertainment zone but in a very quiet area.
It is equipped with a 300/300 Mbps internet fibre connection with a dual band router ideal for any kind of online work or gaming and the kitchenette will allow you to prepare simple meals.
Please note that there is no pool and no gym and that water and electricity are not included.
The small kitchenette is separated from the main living space by a sliding door, and you can use the desk and office chair to work.
Guests can use the parking area to park a scooter or a car, there is no pool and no gym
This studio is located in the Patong Condotel building, at the end of a dead end road and 150m from the main road.
The beach is 300m away and Bangla road and the main entertainment district are 600m away.
The neighbourhood has many bars, restaurants, convenience stores and massage parlours.
Please note that water and electricity are not included and will need to be settled during check-out.

Cleaning fees include only the last cleaning after the guests check-out. Cleaning during your stay can be organised but will need to be paid separately.
Utilities are paid by the meter at check-out. We recommend that you turn off the air conditioning when leaving the place.
