About 10 minutes drive to Patong Beach or to Phuket town 5 minutes to Central Festival department store: supermarket, cinema, shops, restaurants… 24 hours convenience store just outside the condo by the building gate.
Towels: One big towel per person staying is provided. Please do not use it for beach towel.
Toiletries: Soap, shampoo, dish washing liquid, cloth washing powder, toilet paper: all these can be purchased from the convenience store just outside the building gate. You can find small portions, very convenient for short stay and at very reasonable prices.
Parking: Parking inside the building will require a parking sticker (both for car and scooter).
Cleaning: Cleaning will be done only before you check in and when you check out. If you need extra cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged with extra fee.
Please note that you have to clean all your dishes and empty the fridge before leaving the condo. Please also remove all your trash and put in the common trash area in front of the elevator. Do not leave any food or condiments in the condo after you check out. Put back the kitchen utensils in the same place you found them and do not move furniture around. If you do not respect these rules, extra cleaning fee will be charged.
